LOPDS (lopds.com) is the San Francisco-based law office of award-winning former Department of Justice counsel, dedicated to representing whistleblowers and advancing the public interest. The firm focuses on complex, high-impact cases, providing expert legal representation for individuals exposing fraud and misconduct across a wide range of industries. LOPDS has deep expertise in several key areas, including False Claims Act and Qui Tam actions, IRS whistleblower claims related to tax fraud, SEC, CFTC, AML, and DOJ financial fraud reporting programs, as well as whistleblower protections and rewards for exposing international fraud, bribery, sanctions violations, and other forms of cross-border misconduct.

ArbiterPM partnered with LOPDS to design and develop a custom website that would reflect the professionalism and credibility of the firm while clearly communicating its areas of expertise. The project began with the client’s vision for a clean, modern, and trustworthy web presence—one that would resonate with prospective clients facing sensitive legal matters. While fully bespoke solutions were initially considered, we ultimately recommended a WordPress-based architecture to provide the client with long-term flexibility and ease of content management.

The final site features a fully custom-designed WordPress theme, developed from the ground up to match the client’s design goals. We translated those goals into a responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-ready website that performs well across all devices. Beyond the base architecture, ArbiterPM implemented targeted PHP modifications to extend functionality and support custom visual elements that go beyond standard WordPress capabilities. Throughout the project, we followed performance optimization and security best practices to ensure that the site is both robust and future-proof.

The LOPDS website offers clear and accessible information about the firm’s practice areas, including detailed sections on False Claims Act and Qui Tam actions; IRS whistleblower rewards for tax fraud; financial fraud programs under the SEC, CFTC, AML, and DOJ; and whistleblower opportunities for combating international fraud, foreign bribery, sanctions violations, and other cross-jurisdictional misconduct. The result is a professional-grade site that serves as a strong foundation for the firm’s digital presence, enabling them to engage and inform potential clients effectively.
